We genuinely hope you love your Shoe Candy Clips purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be received by Shoe Candy Clips within 30 days of delivery.
Change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit only.
Items must be unused and returned in their original protective packaging, in a condition suitable for resale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Shoe Candy Clips cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
To request a return, please email hello@shoecandyclips.com.au with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm the outcome.
If approved, store credit (gift card) will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Shoe Candy Clips will be deducted from your store credit.
International Returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items in accordance with this Returns Policy.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, import fees, postage charges, or other costs associated with returning an item to Shoe Candy Clips.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The simplest way to exchange an item is to return it for store credit and place a new order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves us. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at hello@shoecandyclips.com.au within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Where a fault is confirmed, Shoe Candy Clips will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Customs, Duties and Delays
Shoe Candy Clips is not responsible for parcels delayed, held, rejected or returned by customs authorities or local postal services.
Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law.
